Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering us for your party needs. We ask that the host arrives no more than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled party, as we will be cleaning & preparing the gym for the birthday party - as well as allowing the party prior to yours to exit. You are welcome to drop any décor, paper goods, etc. off ahead of time for us to set up prior to your arrival. $100 deposit is required upon booking and will go towards your balance. A final invoice will be emailed to host after the initial party booking call. Please note parties are not confirmed until you have spoken with the party specialist AND the deposit has been paid. Any bookings that are canceled less than 48hrs prior to the party date will NOT receive deposit refund. If you need to reschedule or book a party that is within 5 days please call us at 270-784-4923. For insurance purposes, ALL children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Crunchtime provides a link to the party host to send out to guests or they may fill it out on our iPad at the gym, however we recommend they fill it out ahead of time via the link so they may hop into the party festivities immediately. The party host is required to stay at the party. Parents of children 3 years old and under are required to accompany their children on the gym floor. However, other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun! For safety purposes, we ask for children to go barefoot or wear our grip socks and for parents to wear socks. Including this in the invitations helps everyone be prepared on party day. Extra Grip socks are available for purchase for $2. The host parent is also welcome to bring extra socks in for guests. You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products; we do not allow ceiling decorations,gum,glitter, silly string or confetti (choke-hazard). Please keep in mind there is limited set up time between parties when planning decorations. All of our party packages include plates, napkins and plastic utensils. You're welcome to bring in your own paper goods, but credits or substitutions are not provided for doing so. Gratuities for our staff are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done. Our staff take a considerable amount of time choosing the programming just for your party as each party is unique. By completing this form and paying the deposit you are confirming you have read the policy above in it's entirety and understand it. Please contact us with any questions.
