  • My child has a developmental delay, Autism, Downs syndrome, ADHD, etc., are they still able to participate?"
    Absolutely, many of our staff members are registered behavior analysts and trained to handle various children and their unique abilities. We pride ourselves in being an inclusive environment where every child can learn and grow. We always recommended speaking to your child's doctor before starting if you have concern about your child's health during physical activity. We are confident most doctors will recommend a program like ours for your little champion. We break every skill down so anyone can learn it and stay engaged throughout the class. Crunchtime was started for **EVERY** child, including those without any of the above listed developmental challenges. Try out an Open Play today!
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Memberships must be canceled at least 3 weeks before your next billing cycle. Simple come in and talk to one of our staff members. We will be sad to see you go but we will cancel your membership for you.
  • Can I freeze my account?
    You may freeze your account at anytime and for however long you need. Since all memberships are set up on Autopay, your payments will automatically resume after the freeze period has ended.
  • Do you all accept insurances?
    Yes we currently accept most insurance and are continuing to get credential with additional insurance as needed. Fill out our short form and a intake specialist will get back with you about your specific insurance.
  • Can I rent your facility for an event other than a birthday party?
    Yes, open rentals are available and pricing varies based off the event. Email us at support@crunchtimekids.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Can't wait to hear from you!
  • Are these classes, appropriate for my little one?"
    Each class is specific to certain age groups. The curriculum is built to help them achieve milestones and learn key skills needed at their age. Your child's age specific program is appropriate and will help them continue to enhance their knowledge. Physical activity of some type is recommend for all children by the CDC. Still unsure? No worries the first class is free, come try and see for yourself.

Birthday Parties &

Special Events

Let us take the stress out of your little ones Birthday Party needs.  We have dedicated party specialists who make sure the party runs to plan.  We have various packages and add ons available.  Have a look at the details below.

Important Information:

  • Currently enrolled members will be able to use their free play pass to add an additional class of choice. Free class passes can not be redeemed  or used as cash. 

  • Prices and packages are subject to change, see our website at crunchtimekids.com for full details.

  • Cancellations made within 1 week of the schedule party day will be charged the half the remaining balance due for the party. Parties can be rescheduled to a later date for a small fee, if perishable items have been ordered or at no additional cost if items have not been ordered.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult. All children under 1 are counted toward guest total if they will be on the play floor (pass the white fence) AND are able to crawl & play.

  • You are able to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before and stay no later than 15 minutes after party unless provided approval ahead of time. This time is included in your 2-hour block. 

  • $100 deposit is non-refundable but will count towards your overall party balance

  • Outside food, non-alcoholic drinks and decorations are welcome. Please call about hanging items on the walls. No confetti, gum or glitter (glitter dresses included) allowed in the building. There will be a $250 cleaning fee if the above items are used .
